We work with a fixed fee for each candidate. We run equally fast for everyone and are not guided by a percentage of an income.
No cure, no pay
Contracts with us are no more than two A4 pages. Simple and understandable language. In the event of a successful match with a candidate: 50% payment. The second 50% will only be invoiced after a month’s probationary period and if the candidate stays on board.

The new employee receives an excellent online sales training program that is included in the fee. Both the Sales United Recruitment candidates and the clients benefit from this.

INTRODUCTION WITH THE CLIENT
When registering an open sales vacancy, we do not take any chances.
After an intake interview in which we get an understanding of your company, it’s atmosphere and the colleagues, we start our process. We work with experienced and professional recruiters who know how to test a candidate for a specific position.
Only candidates who match the profile will be presented to you. We bring the candidates to your front door and make sure they understand what to expect from you and your company. Every candidate introduced through Sales United Recruitment understands one thing very well; it is about the dialogue with you and not a summary of achievements on a resume.
If a match is established between the sales professional and the client, the contract is signed. After signing, the new employee follows a sales training program of Sales United Recruitment. This training ensures that the new employee is optimally prepared for the challenges in the new position.
